Twelve years. An award-winning farm-to-table restaurant in Wisconsin. A kitchen built on local ingredients, obsessive attention to detail, and the belief that great hospitality is the ingredient no recipe can replace. That's where Rock Lobster Chefs began — and when Chef Kevin Marsibilio made the move to Florida, he brought every bit of it with him.

Over the past ten years, Kevin has taken that foundation into some of the most personal and memorable settings a chef can work in — private dinners, weddings, bat mitzvahs, bachelorette parties, golf weekends, and weekly meal preps for families who simply want extraordinary food at home. Florida's Gulf Coast gives him world-class ingredients to work with. The rest is the same standard he's held himself to since the beginning: source it well, cook it right, and treat every table like it's the most important one you've ever served.
